Product returns

Payment upon receipt of the order. When the employee of the courier company, ACS COURIER comes to your place to deliver the parcel to you, you pay in cash the value of your order. The cost for the cash on delivery service is 1.50. euro

You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days at absolutely no cost to the first change and request its replacement with another size or another product. 

The process is simple and can be done in two different ways:

a. You can go directly to the Return Form and fill in the necessary information

b. Follow these steps:

    You are logged in to your account, where it has an analysis of your recent orders

    Select the “Return” link (to the right of the box) and the plan to return

    In the window that opens, select the product you want to return and the reason for its return

    Finally, on the last page, you choose the way you want your money back. 

Order cancellation – Right of Withdrawal

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

a) Before sending the product – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to placeshop2016@gmail.com or by phone at 210-5757810 Monday to Friday 9: 00-16: 00.

b) After receiving the product you can exercise your right to withdraw, within 30 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product.

It is clarified that in order to proceed with the free return of the product, the product must be in excellent condition, received without damage and complete, within its original packaging. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt.

If you choose to exercise the right of withdrawal and request a refund, your money will be refunded within 5-6 working days from the date of cancellation of the order, or at the latest within 14 working days in exceptional cases.

Shipping & cash on delivery costs are non-refundable in case you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal.
